The joy quotient goes up in church worship whenever children are present. This is especially true when our youngest Sunday School members return to their families in the sanctuary after Sunday School. We know how hard it can be to get to church as a family and appreciate every effort that is made to get to St. B’s, to be with church family.
At the 10 am Sunday service:
Nursery Care is provided for children ages 3 and under during the school year. In July, when the church service is at 9AM, the same care will be provided at St. Barnabas beginning at 8:45AM. In August, when we hold a 9AM ecumenical service next door at Irvington Presbyterian Church, they provide nursery service there at 8:45AM.
The Irvington Children’s Center is located in our building on school days, providing a cheerful and safe after-school program for children in the Irvington school system. You can learn more about this program on their website.
