Rector

The Reverend Nora Smith was raised here in Irvington. She is a graduate of Brandeis University and the Berkeley Divinity School at Yale University. Nora previously served at St. Peter's Church in Peekskill, New York, Trinity Church in Southport, Connecticut and as Associate Vicar at The Church of the Intercession in Manhattan. Nora is married to Peter Nyikos, also from Irvington, who is an English teacher at the Bronx High School of Business. Contact Nora at nsmith@stbarnabaschurch.org

Organist/Choir Master

Mr. Donald G. Butt has been in charge of music at St. Barnabas since 1968. He is a graduate of Tufts University and The New England Conservatory of Music, and taught music at The Hackley School for several years before coming to St. Barnabas. Don is a Bostonian. The Rev. Lindsay Lunnum will be joining the staff of St. Barnabas on July 15th!

Parish Secretary/Office Manager

Ms. Sue Stanley has been our office manager for over 10 years. She lives just down the road in Irvington with her daughter Laurel and her kitty Roy.
